* Note: starting from Summer League 2010, the TUA is introducing a $5 surcharge for all cash and cheque payments made for leagues and tournaments. This is to encourage people to make payments electronically, and help reduce the burden on league organisers when trying to manage the finances. Players aged 18 years or younger are exempt from this surcharge.

Registration Payments

Registration payment, can be paid (in order of our preference) by (i) electronic transfer of funds, (ii) cash or (iii) cheque. If you register and pay by the appropriate deadline, then you pay the standard fee and avoid the late registration fee.

Electronic Transfer

Please use this method of payment if you can - it saves us time and hassle! To pay electronically, you need to transfer money into an account with MyState Financial, BSB 807009, Account Number 12246858, with the account in the name Tasmanian Ultimate Association Inc. Please include a comment with your payment, in the format such as WIN10 Your Name for the Hobart Winter League 2010, so we know who has paid. Electronic payments may take some time to process (24 hours or more).

Cash

Cash can be paid directly to the League Organiser, but will incur a $5 surcharge.

Alternatively you could avoid the $5 surcharge by depositing the cash payment directly into the TUA account if you can find a MyState Financial branch (easier in Tasmania than overseas). All the details from the 'Electronic Trasnfer' section above are relevant in this case (including the request to making a comment with your payment).

Cheque

Cheques should be written out to the Tasmanian Ultimate Association and hand delivered to the League Organiser. The total amount should included the extra $5 surcharge for cheque payments.

Alternatively you could avoid the $5 surcharge by depositing the cheque payment directly into the TUA account if you can find a MyState Financial branch (easier in Tasmania than overseas). All the details from the 'Electronic Trasnfer' section above are relevant in this case (including the request to making a comment with your payment).
