The TUA Annual Dinner is a chance to acknowledge our volunteers for their work within the Tasmanian Ultimate community over the past year, and provide a great night out for everyone else.
See below for information on purchasing tickets
Note: starting in 2010, the TUA is introducing a $5 surcharge for all cash payments made for TUA organised events. This is to encourage people to make payments electronically or by payment directly at into the TUA account at a MyState Financial branch, and help reduce the burden on organisers when trying to manage the finances. Players aged 18 years or younger are exempt from this surcharge.
This year tickets for the Annual Dinner can be purchased in much the same way that you would register for a league. Simply click on the link below, fill out the form, and make your payment as usual. If you pay electronically (our prefered method), your tickets will be waiting for you on the night.
To purchase your ticket, click here and fill out the registration form.
Ticket payments can be paid (in order of our preference) by (i) electronic transfer of funds, (ii) cash or (iii) cheque.
Please use this method of payment if you can - it saves us time and hassle! To pay electronically, you need to pay money into an account with MyState Financial, BSB 807009, Account Number 12246858, with the account in the name Tasmanian Ultimate Association Inc. Please include a comment with your payment, in the format DIN10 Your Name, so we know who has paid. Electronic payments may take some time to process (24 hours or more).
Cash can be paid directly to Masni Bennett.
Note: all cash payments will incur a $5 surcharge. Players aged 18 years or younger are exempt from this surcharge.
Cheques should be written out to the Tasmanian Ultimate Association and given to Masni Bennett.
If you purchase tickets and can not attend, refunds may be available, at the discretion of the TUA and inline with the TUA refund policy, but you better have a note from your mother, or a very good excuse. More details are available on the TUA refund policy page.
